Q: Do you only draw dogs and cats?

A: No! I love all animals. Whether you have a bird, bunny, hamster, horse, or reptile, I can create a custom portrait for any type of pet.

Q: Do you do other commissions (people, houses, or collaborations)?

A: Yes! I am open to various types of custom work and collaborations.If you are interested in a portrait of a person, a house illustration, or a professional partnership, please DM or email me to discuss your ideas.

Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: You can pay directly through our online form securely via Stripe (credit cards only). Alternatively, if you prefer to chat first, or would like to pay via bank transfer, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, feel free to DM me for a payment link!

Q: Can I change my mind after I pay?

A: Because each portrait is hand-drawn, refunds depend on whether work has started:
Photos submitted: The process begins immediately, so no refunds can be offered.
Photos NOT uploaded: Only a 50% partial refund can be issued.

Q: What happens if my order arrives damaged?

A: 48-Hour Damage Window: If an item is damaged in transit, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging so I can arrange a replacement.

By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms below.

Payment & Confirmation:

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full upfront payment via our online form (secured by Stripe).
Payment equals agreement to these terms and the final calculated total.

Strict No-Refund Policy:

Because each portrait is hand-drawn, refunds depend on whether the drawing process has started:
Photos Submitted: The process begins immediately once photos are received, so no refunds or cancellations can be offered.
Photos NOT Uploaded: If you change your mind before uploading photos, only a 50% partial refund can be issued to respect studio booking time.

Revision Policy:

To protect my studio time, the first 2 minor edits are free. Any further changes or major requests will incur a £5 Revision Fee per edit.

Artistic Choice:

I will select the best-suited photo from your provided files. I reserve the right to make minor artistic tweaks to ensure the highest quality result.

Copyright & Usage:

I (the Artist) retain full copyright. The artwork is for personal use only. Commercial reproduction, resale, or business branding is prohibited without a separate commercial license.

Delivery Responsibility:

Please double-check your shipping address. I cannot be held responsible for lost items or delays due to incorrect information provided by the client.
Additionally, please ensure your selected shipping region matches your actual destination. If there is a mismatch in shipping costs, your order will be placed on hold until the remaining shipping balance is fulfilled.
