Q: Do you only draw dogs and cats?
A: No! I love all animals. Whether you have a bird, bunny, hamster, horse, or reptile, I can create a custom portrait for any type of pet.
Q: Do you do other commissions (people, houses, or collaborations)?
A: Yes! I am open to various types of custom work and collaborations.If you are interested in a portrait of a person, a house illustration, or a professional partnership, please DM or email me to discuss your ideas.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: After I review your Google Form, I will send a final quote and a secured Stripe/Wise payment link to you.
Q: Can I change my mind after I pay?
A: Because I begin work immediately to meet my deadlines, I cannot offer refunds once payment is made.
Q: What happens if my order arrives damaged?
A: 48-Hour Damage Window: If an item is damaged in transit, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and the packaging so I can arrange a replacement.

Strict No-Refund Policy:
Due to the bespoke nature of custom illustration, no refunds, cancellations, or returns are accepted once the drawing process has begun.
Revision Policy:
To protect my studio time, the first 2 minor edits are free. Any further changes or major requests will incur a £5 Revision Fee per edit.
Artistic Choice:
I will select the best-suited photo from your provided files. I reserve the right to make minor artistic tweaks to ensure the highest quality result.
Copyright & Usage:
I (the Artist) retain full copyright. The artwork is for personal use only. Commercial reproduction, resale, or business branding is prohibited without a separate commercial license.
Delivery Responsibility:
Please double-check your shipping address. I cannot be held responsible for lost items or delays due to incorrect information provided by the client.

To create a portrait that truly captures your pet’s spirit, I need clear, high-quality reference photos. The better the photo, the more detail I can include in your artwork!
1. For Your Pet
👁️ Eye Level: Crouch down so you are at the same level as your pet. Photos looking down from above make proportions look unnatural.☀️ Natural Light: Daylight is best! Position your pet near a window or outdoors. Avoid harsh camera flashes or dark rooms.✨ Focus: Ensure the photo is sharp. I need to see the "sparkle" in their eyes and the texture of their fur.🐾 No Crops: For "Full Body" orders, please ensure no ears, paws, or tails are cut off in the photo.
2. For Their Favorite Items
If your order includes accessories or props (toys, food, beds), please provide photos of the specific items you want included:🥣 Variety of Objects: You can include treats, food packaging, favorite toys, bowls, bandanas, or even their cozy bed.🎨 Color & Size: Provide clear photos where the colors are accurate. If the items are different sizes (e.g., a tiny ball next to a large bed), try to show them near each other for scale.📦 Clear Details: If a toy has a specific pattern or a treat bag has a fun logo, ensure the text and designs are readable so I can recreate them accurately.

We can briefly discuss your vision and any initial questions you might have.
3. Brief & Quote
I will send you a link to a Google Form.
Here, you’ll share your pet’s unique personality, stories, and upload high-quality reference photos.
Based on your specific requests, I will provide a final, exact quote.
4. Secure Your Slot
To officially book your place in my calendar, full payment is required upfront via a secure Stripe/Wise link.
Please note: I begin the creative process once payment is confirmed.
This ensures your dedicated time in my production schedule.
5. Review Your Drafts
I want you to love the final result! I will send you two check-ins via DM:
The Line Work: To confirm the likeness and composition.
The Color Check: A final preview of the textures and tones before delivery.
6. Delivery
Once approved, I will email your high-resolution JPG and PNG files.
If you ordered a physical print or frame, I will provide a tracking number as soon as your portrait is shipped!
